Give the session one intention
A clear intention makes the structure easier to understand. It might be learning a movement pattern or understanding the use of a piece of equipment. The lesson page should explain that intention before presenting a long list of activities.
Separate preparation, practice and review
A sample session plan has three parts. Preparation explains what needs to be ready. Practice holds the demonstration and the task. Review records questions and observations. The actual exercises, intensity and adaptations belong to the qualified trainer’s assessment.
Make the next step visible
After the lesson, a learner should know what to revisit and what to ask. Progress in this demo marks pages reviewed, not physical ability or training results. Returning to an earlier lesson is part of learning, not a failed step.
