Make your first training week repeatable
A first week is useful when it teaches you how training fits into your life. The aim of this sample lesson is to practise a manageable routine, not to turn a single enthusiastic session into a test of toughness.

Choose a realistic appointment
Look at your week before choosing a programme. Allow time to arrive, prepare and finish without rushing. Two manageable appointments may be easier to sustain than a crowded schedule you cannot repeat. Decide what you will do if work or family plans interrupt: a shorter session or a different day can keep the routine flexible.
Learn the movements before adding load
Use the first session to understand setup, comfortable range and a controlled pace. Follow the instructions of a qualified professional for your situation. Stop if a movement causes pain or unusual symptoms, and seek appropriate advice. A demonstration on a website cannot assess your technique, history or individual readiness.
Record what actually happened
Write down the movements practised, the load if relevant and how the session felt. Include sleep and recovery observations without turning the log into a competition. Review the notes before planning the next week. If the routine was difficult to fit in, simplify the schedule first; consistency starts with a plan that respects the rest of your day.
